Authentication

Every signature in our store is authenticated by an independent third party before we touch it. This one is certified by ACOA, and the numbered certificate ships in the box.

You look that number up on ACOA's own site rather than ours, and that is the point: the record proving the signature is genuine does not depend on our word. Some of our pieces also carry a Custom Authentics hologram serial as a second record alongside the certificate. Learn about serial verification.

Common questions

Where is the signature? On the art card, in silver. Placement varies from piece to piece because each card is signed individually.

Will my piece look exactly like the image? The image is a preview of the finished display, since each piece is framed after you order. The signature placement and certification serial differ from piece to piece.

Why does it take 2 to 3 weeks? The signature is authenticated and certified before we do anything. Only then is the piece framed by hand and packed with its certificate.

Can I return it? No. All sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Full details are on our shipping and returns page.
