Custom Authentics sells authentic autographed memorabilia and collectibles. We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted on this page.

2. Using our website

Please use the site for personal, lawful purposes only: no hacking, spamming or disrupting the site, and no copying or reselling site content without permission. If you create an account, keep your login details safe; we are not responsible for unauthorized activity on your account.

3. Products, authenticity and pricing

Every signed piece we sell is authenticated by a professional third-party authenticator (JSA, PSA, Beckett, ACOA, Upper Deck Authenticated, or MLB and Fanatics) and ships with its certificate of authenticity. Each piece carries a serial number you can check on our serial number verification page.

We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and images. Signature placement and certificate serials may vary slightly from photos, and colors may appear differently depending on your screen. All prices are in USD and may change without notice. We accept major credit cards, PayPal and Afterpay. By placing an order you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Shipping and returns

Shipping times and costs are described in our shipping policy. Because our pieces are one of a kind or limited edition, all sales are final. See our refund policy for the full terms, including how we handle items damaged in transit.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including images, logos, designs and text, belongs to Custom Authentics. Copying or using content without permission is not allowed.

6. Third-party links

We may link to third-party websites for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

7. Limitation of liability

We cannot guarantee the site will always be error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Authentics is not liable for losses or damages resulting from use of the site, order issues, or third-party links.
