Custom Authentics ships from Florida to all 50 US states and to 27 countries worldwide.
United States
Standard shipping is free on every US order, no minimum.
Processing and lead times
Every product page states its lead time under the price.
- In stock pieces (framed signed CDs and New Era hats) ship in 1 to 2 business days.
- Made to order pieces (custom art guitars, framed displays and jerseys) are built, authenticated and packed for you after you order, and ship in 2 to 3 weeks.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
International
We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Norway, Switzerland and most of the EU.
Rates from USPS and DHL Express are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, which are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the checkout total.
Packaging and insurance
Every piece is inspected and packed by hand. Orders ship with tracking, and high-value pieces ship insured.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email info@customauthentics.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, the packaging and the shipping label, and we will make it right per our refund policy.
