Lady Gaga Signed Mayhem Framed Display – ACOA Certified

Framed to order. The signature is authenticated and certified by ACOA first. Your piece is then custom framed by hand and packed with its certificate. Ships in 2 to 3 weeks. Free US shipping.

A large-format framed display built around a Mayhem CD insert hand-signed by Lady Gaga. The signed insert, a color split image of an eye and lips, sits in the lower window beside the album's gray disc, printed with the distorted MAYHEM logo and her name. Above them, a large Mayhem-era print of Gaga, veiled in black netting against a smoky backdrop, fills the upper window.

The insert is hand-signed in black marker. Everything is set in a gray mat with black and white double borders inside a black frame.

Mayhem was released on March 7, 2025, and debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 with 219,000 units in its first week. The album carries "Die with a Smile" with Bruno Mars, "Disease" and "Abracadabra," and won Best Pop Vocal Album at the 2026 Grammy Awards, where it was also nominated for Album of the Year.
