A 16x20 photograph of one of the most famous goals in Champions League history, hand signed by Cristiano Ronaldo. The photo catches him fully airborne in Real Madrid's kit, mid bicycle kick, with the ball above him and Juventus defenders and a packed stadium around him. Each photo is custom framed and matted and arrives ready to hang. The image is a stock image, and your piece may vary slightly.

The goal came on 3 April 2018, in the Champions League quarter-final first leg in Turin. In the 64th minute Ronaldo met a Dani Carvajal cross with an overhead kick from inside the box, and the Juventus crowd, which had jeered him earlier, rose to applaud. He scored twice in the 3-0 win and became the first player to score in 10 consecutive Champions League games. Zinedine Zidane, then the Real Madrid coach, called it one of the most beautiful goals in the history of football. Ronaldo has won five Ballon d'Or awards.

Authentication

Every signature in our store is authenticated by an independent third party before we touch it. This one is Beckett Witnessed: a Beckett representative was in the room when Ronaldo signed. The photo carries a tamper evident Beckett hologram, and the numbered Beckett certificate ships in the box.

You look that number up on Beckett's own site rather than ours, so the record proving the signature is genuine does not depend on our word. Some of our pieces also carry a Custom Authentics hologram serial as a second record alongside the certificate. Learn about serial verification.

Common questions

Where is the signature? On the photo. Placement varies from piece to piece because each photo is signed individually.

Will my piece look exactly like the image? The image is a stock image, so your piece may vary slightly. The matting, nameplate, signature placement and certification serial can differ from the example shown.

Why does it take 2 to 3 weeks? The signature is authenticated and certified before we do anything. Only then is the photo framed by hand and packed with its certificate.

Can I return it? No. All sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Full details are on our shipping and returns page.
