Custom Authentics Return Policy

At Custom Authentics, we’re passionate about delivering high-quality, authentic memorabilia and collectibles that you’ll love. Because of the unique nature of our products, all sales are final—but don’t worry, we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Since we specialize in one-of-a-kind and limited-edition items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

• Authentic autographed memorabilia, custom items, and pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

• Please double-check your order before completing your purchase to make sure everything is correct!

2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturer defect, we’ll make it right.

How to Report a Damaged Item:

1. Email us at customauthenticsllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Attach clear photos of:

• The damaged item

• The packaging and shipping box

• The shipping label

3. We’ll review your request and work on a solution, whether that’s a replacement (if available) or store credit.

📌 Please note: Reports made after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted due to the nature of our products.

3. SHIPPING ISSUES & LOST PACKAGES

We do everything we can to get your order to you safely and on time, but once it leaves our hands, it’s in the carrier’s control.

• If your package is delayed, lost, or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

• We highly recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking and insurance for high-value items.

4. ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

We process orders quickly to get them shipped out as soon as possible. Because of this, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
